1. Strip should be placed such that "finger pads" are at edge, head touching surface.
2. Knees bent at a 140 degree with heels touching the ground.
3. Finger pads slide across strip and back- curling body up and down.
4. Cadence is to "Curl up, 2, 3, and curl down 2, 3."
